Freaks and Geeks, the brilliant, Emmy award winning
series that was criminally cancelled in July of
2000, is finally being released on DVD, due largely
to an online petition signed by more than 35,000
fans. The DVD pack, which includes all 18 episodes
and a boatload of extras, will hit stores April

Starring Linda Cardellini ("E.R.,"
Scooby Doo 2), John Francis Daley (View from the
Top, "The Geena Davis Show") and James
Franco (Spider-Man, "James Dean"), Freaks
and Geeks follows two siblings and their friends
as they experience the trials and tribulations
as high school outsiders in a Detroit suburb circa
1980.
In addition to the 6 disc DVD pack, there is
