Overall
This version is much better than the US version with Raymond Burr [sorry fans of Mr. Burr]. It puts back so much that was taken out to make it palatable for US tastes at the time. 
 
The anit-nuclear bomb message is loud and clear in this version. [Heck it even explains why Godzilla is so ticked off at the world.] 
 
Subtitles make you miss some action but that is why god invented DVDs...pause and replay to your hearts desire. 
 
Any G-Fan will have to have this DVD for their collection.
