Directed by Isamu Imakake (“Cowboy Bebop;” “Neon Genesis: EVANGELION”), THE MYSTICAL LAWS is the ultimate battle of good vs. evil as the Earth is under threat from militant forces and an invasion from another planet.
Set in 202X, Tathagata Killer, leader of the Godom Empire, stages a coup in Asia, the leading economic and military superpower in the world, and then sets his sights on global domination.
The United States is no longer a superpower and cannot stop the Godom Empire. The fate of Earth is left to a band of rebels led by Sho Shishimaru, a doctor who discovers he is the reincarnation of Buddha and learns about the mystical laws that rule the world. He is helped by Leika Chan, a mysterious and beautiful woman who has access to a highly advanced Mystical Technology from another planet.
Together, they must stop the Godom Empire from completing construction of the ultimate weapon that will destroy the world. The future is at stake in this epic struggle for the soul and future of mankind on Earth.
